Roland VersaCAMM VS-300 Industrial Printer
The Roland VS-300 is a fast, wide-format inkjet printer that produces bold colors and uses state of the art technology. Eight-channel print heads definitely puts this printer head and shoulders above the rest. The VS-300 is a piezo electric inkjet printer that prints in eight colors. The printing resolution is maximum 1,440 dpi and cutting speed is 10 to 30 mm/s. The VS prints and cuts just about any material. Since cutting and printing are done all on one machine, time savings are significant.
The VS-300 is a reliable industrial printer that weighs 199 lbs (90 kg). Included in the package are: a stand, power cord, blade, blade holder, media clamps, media holder, replacement blade for separating knife, software RIP and a user’s manual. These add-ons make the VS-300 one of the best values in the market today.
The VersaCAMM produces stunning metallic images. It has a developed golden print head designed for better print quality than before. Using the “layered printing mode”, metallic ink is printed first and the colors are printed on top, giving the most eye-popping metallic shades.
Roland’s automated ink circulation system prevents pigments in metallic silver, so the color stays true. It also prevents white inks from setting. There is less waste of white and silver metallic ink, so costs are lower. The integrated heating system modulates the amount of heat. Both features combine for savings and precise control.
Roland’s 100 BASE-TX/10 BASE-T interface allows the VS-300 to connect networks easily without additional software, and has a data transmission rate of 100 Mb/sec.
Roland OnSupport enables remote tracking and sends a text or email when ink is low or a job is finished. Roland OnSupport clients also quickly download updates and important product information.
All of these features lead to higher image quality, faster printing and higher productivity, with cost savings. Roland has been in business since 1983, and with products like the VS-300, will continue to be a leader in industrial printers.
